Full Time Accounts Receivable Clerk
*We are seeking a tenacious individual who pays attention to accuracy, has great communication, organizational and problem solving skills, and is detailed orientated.
Responsibilities (Include but are not limited to...):
- Billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines
- Follow up, collection and allocation of payments
- Reconciliation of accounts
- Monitoring customer accounts for non and delayed payments
- Maintain A/R customer files
- Prepare bank deposits
- Processing adjustments and communicating with customers via phone, email or personally
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of A/R and general booking a must
- 2+ years of A/R or accounting experience recommended

Available Position 2:
2nd Shift Production Supervisor
*Must be available for training on 1st Shirt Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Manages and directs the manufacturing operation to meet the sales demands.
- Production scheduling, staffing and training
- Minor maintenance
- Continuous process improvement through improving processes and complying with all regulatory requirments (cGMP, DFA, OSHA)
Required Skills:
- Must understand MRP for both stocked and private label manufacturing
- Kowledge of Entire manufacturing process: from warehousing, production, maintenance and quality.
- 2-5 years of supervision and management in a manufacturing setting

Available Position 3:
Maintenance Mechanic
Monday - Friday: 7:00am - 3:30pm.
Responsibilities:
- Work with Maintenance Manager to ensure all machines are working properly.
- Routine maintenance and general equipment repair.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of mechanical experience
- Experience working with manufacturing equipment a plus!
- Electrical experience a plus!
- Works will with others
