Q. How do I retrieve web and print images of Safetec products? (FTP Site)
A. Login at ftp.safetec.com
Username: safetecuser
Password: safetec
*Important Note: The ftp site is case sensitive. Please make sure to only use lowercase letters
On the ftp server will be 3 folders to choose from.
1.) Safetec Logo Folder: Up-to-date logo in many formats.
2.) Safetec Product Images High Res (Print): 300 dpi images
3.) Safetec Product Images Low Res (Web): 72 dpi images
Choose a folder to open and inside will be the individual logo formats and/or the product images you are looking for.

Q. What is the preferred artwork format for labeling?
A. Adobe Illustrator CS5 or older
- Fonts must be changed to outlines
- PMS colors used and at 100% opacity
*Artwork can be converted for a fee
- 6pt. type minimum
- Scaled to 100%
- Included any linked files placed in illustrator document
